Abstract:

The present study aimed to identify the impact of implementing competitive intelligence on various innovations in the hotel industry. Therefore, studies conducted in the field of competitive intelligence process and types of innovation were reviewed. A questionnaire was designed based on literature review. ۱۲۰ questionnaires were distributed among ۱۲۰ top hotels in Iran. Then, these data were analyzed based on structural equation model in order to investigate the impact of hotel industry. Findings and results showed that the implementation of competitive intelligence process in hotels leads to increased marketing innovation and has no effect on technological innovation.
