Differences between hg-۱۹ and hg-۳۸ in transcriptomic analysis of cumulus cells in PCOS patient

Abstract:
Understanding of oocyte maturation process is prominent in infertility malady’s such as Polycystic ovarysyndrome(PCOS). PCOS patients need to be assisted reproduction technologies (ARTs) like IVF forfertilization. So this is a prerequisite to identify oocyte with reproductive power. In this study we analyzedcumulus cells which are around oocytes, they are appropriate choice due to their directive relationship withoocyte and separating of them is a non-invasive method to check oocyte maturation. We analyzed ۵transcriptomic profile cumulus samples from PCOS patients (۲ sample were for GV oocyte and ۳ sampleswere for MII oocyte) with RNA-Seq metod with hg-۱۹ and hg-۳۸. This study showed us ۱۷۷۵ DEG with hg-۱۹ and ۱۴۰۳ with hg-۳۸ because of this were various significant pathways and gene ontologies. Based on thedifferent gene expressions of hg۱۹ and hg۳۸, real time pcr should be applied to confirm expressiondifferences
