Abstract:
Nuclear medicine methods have important role in the evaluation of transplanted kidney. In this study ۵۸ ۹۹mTc-DTPA scans were performed in ۳۸ patients. This method has ۹۰% sensitivity and ۹۶% specificity. In the cases of normal transplanted kidneys, function correlation between doppler sonography and scanning was more than dysfunctioning kidneys.
