خلاصه مقاله:
Orthopedic screws are one of the most widely used internal stabilizers, which are used more to fix fractures than other implants due to their higher mechanical strength. This stabilizer creates a linear motion during rotation and compresses the bone parts by converting the applied torque to the screw to fasten and tighten it to the compressive force. One of the important features of screws is to help compact the affected area, and mostly for this purpose in fracture areas alone or with plaques and nails, to attach implants to bone, bone to bone fixation and tissue fixation. Soft to the bone. The design of orthopedic screws is based on two types of dense and spongy bones. For this purpose, cortical screws are used to regenerate dense bones and cantilever screws are used to repair spongy bone defects. The difference between these two types of screws is in the size of the step and the depth of their threads. In this research, the finite element of this type of screws has been studied and the energies of plastic deformation, material fracture energy, external working energy, strain energy and general energy have been studied and analyzed.
