Abstract:

Organizational performance is the main concern of managers in organizations. Inparticular, organizational performance is the main goal of every organization to preservecompetitive advantage. Using some techniques in a dynamic and turbulent environment can helpto improve organizational performance. One of these techniques is to exploit informationintegrity that can leads to improved organizational performance. Indeed, in information integrityit can be suggested that information sharing is realized with development of informationtechnology in organization and organization can make it possible to timely and effectively shareinformation through its development. This finally led to improved organizational performance.Therefore, considering the issue of information integrity and its effect on organizationalperformance is critical and inevitable for today’s organizations. This study aims to study theeffect of using information integrity on organizational performance as the case study in the smalland medium-scale units. The data was collected using questionnaire. The structural equationmodeling was used to analyze the research hypothesis using LISREL software. The results of thestudy showed that information integrity through has positive and meaningful effect onorganizational performance that is equal to ۰.۷۸.
