Synthesis of ۲-aminothiazole derivatives: A short review

۲-aminothiazole scaffold is the backbone of various antifungal, anticancer, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antibacterial, antitumor and numerous other drugs. The age-old demand of ۲-aminothiazoles as powerful biological structures is still in vogue and will never lose its favor for having its low toxicity and excellent activity against different diseases. Reflecting on ۲-aminothiazoles diverse roles, many powerful methodologies have been developed for their synthesis. This present review focus on the various method syntheses of ۲-aminothiazoles.
