Abstract:

خلاصه سابقه و هدف: کاکائو و شکلات تلخ دارای پلی فنول و چندین جزء مثبت دیگر هستند و رژ یم غذایی حاوی مقدار متعادلی از این مواد، دارای اثرات مفیدی برای سلامتی انسان هستند. در این مقاله سعی بر این شد که در ارتباط با کاکائو و شکلات به عنوان یک ماده غذایی محبوب جهانی، خواص مثبت و سازنده آن ها در فرایند های فیزیولوژیک بدن و به خصوص بیماری دیابت توضیحات جامع و ثمربخشی ارایه گردد. مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه از روش گردآوری کتابخانه ای، جست و جو در متون مختلف و مقالات علمی معتبر استفاده شده است. نتایج: به طور کلی، شواهد حاصل از مطالعات مختلف علمی نشان­ می­دهد که مصرف متعادل و با دوز مناسب کاکائو و شکلات و به ویژه شکلات تلخ، علاوه بر کاهش سرعت پیشرفت بیماری دیابت و اثرات پیش­گیری کننده ی آن، حاوی بسیاری از اثرات مثبت دیگر هم­چون افزایش پتانسیل جلوگیری از ابتلا به بیماری­های قلبی­عروقی و افزایش کارایی و توانمندی قلب و کلیه، افزایش آندروفین و رساندن آن به مغز و افزایش احساس خوشایندی و انرژی بدن، بهبود گوارش و هضم غذا و در نتیجه کمک به عملکرد بهتر دستگاه گوارش، افزایش کلسترول خوب (HDL) و کاهش کلسترول بد (LDL)، و خواص ضد التهابی و ضد سرطانی می باشد. نتیجه گیری: مصرف شکلات به­ویژه نوع تیره آن اگر در حد مناسب باشد به سبب داشتن اجزای مفید همانند فلاوانول می­تواند دارای اثرات مثبتی بر بسیاری از فرایند های بدن و به ویژه کنترل قند خون باشد و از بروز بیماری دیابت جلوگیری نماید.. واژگان کلیدی: شکلات، کاکائو، تغذیه، فلاوانول­ها، دیابت، سلامت بدن
