Abstract:

Pathology indeed refers to the study of injuries and deals with studying and identifying structural changes in tissues and practical disorders. Generally, pathology is the study of diseases and as a branch of medical science examines the causes of diseases and their complex nature. Obviously, when a disease spreads in a body, changes occur in various tissues of the body, which in fact, the study of these changes forms the very basis of pathology. In December ۲۰۱۹, various cases of lung infections with unusual manifestations and unknown causes were reported in Wuhan, China, stating an unusual type of viral infection caused by a new strain and type of coronavirus. The rapid spread of the Covid۱۹ virus, the relationship between disease severity and mortality with various factors, respiratory transmission, particularly at short distances, mask use, hand washing, and physical distance, are classified as the most significant methods of prevention. A range of clinical symptoms and simultaneous, fevers and coughs, are known as the most common clinical signs. Treatment with non-specific antiviral drugs and cures based on identifying clinical symptoms and strengthening immunity with known drugs and attention to children as asymptomatic carriers are the most significant discoveries of this research. Extensive genetic diversity and recurring recombination of the coronavirus have increased its interspecific transmission. Bat is the natural host of this type of virus, and penguins and snakes act as intermediate hosts. The first transfer occurred through the use of natural hosts and interfaces in nature.
