In this paper, titanium oxides (TiO2) nanoparticles using titanium trichloride salts and ammonium hydroxide synthesized using a combination of reflux and calcination. Based on The SEM images, the synthesized particles had same spherical morphology and of nano scale 50 to 60 nm. XRD analysis showed that the maximum peak intensity seen at sheet (110 at angle 2θ=27.54°. These sheets are indicators of the rutile phase that conforms to standard card (JCPDS No.21-1272). For better identification of samples EDX analysis and UV-vis and FT-IR spectroscopy was used
