خلاصه مقاله:
Compared to the other methods, ZnO nano flowers were prepared as an easy by chemical materials such as NH4OH and TOA and salt of zinc and very fast method. FT-IR spectra showed a strong band at 622cm−1 is attributed to the Zn-O stretching band XRD results showed that the obtained ZnO nano flowers were composed of hexagonal wurtzite phase with very good crystallinity. The PL and UV absorbtion spectra showed a broad green band emission and a relatively narrow absorbtion band at 550 and 274 nm respectively. EDX analysis confirmed that the separator substance had removed completely and the product is very pure and only contains compounds of zinc and the oxygen. The images show that ZnO nano flowers with the length of 400nm and 50nm in diameter were synthesized.
