Abstract:

Introduction: Vaccines and their side effects, as well as the question of whether vaccination is effective or not, have been one of the most debated issues in public and scientific assemblies in the last two years. Thus this issue was chosen to be examined and help to measure the outcome and consequence of receiving the vaccine does. Studies on people with specific diseases have not been done in this study in which the complications and conditions are totally different and it is out of the discussion of this study and this statistic applies to adult or young people without considering sex or race. The study aimed to show how safe or risky covid-۱۹ vaccines are.Search Method: This review study was conducted on January ۱ in the Web of Science, Scopus, And Pubmed database on Randomized Controlled Trial Studies which were compiled in ۲۰۲۱, and ۵۲ results were obtained and Twenty-two articles were excluded from the study during the two filtering stages. Results: Pfizer, AstraZeneca, and Sinopharm vaccines were detected to be safe and the Sinopharm vaccine indicated a lower prevalence of adverse effects compared with the other vaccines. The qunsequenses of the vaccines including pain, redness, and swelling at the site of the injection was reported in ۳۴.۵۶% of the participants. Local site reaction was seen in more participants who had Pfizer and AstraZeneca vaccines than those who received the Sinopharm vaccine. There were no correlations among age or gender, and the duration of the effects for the three vaccines Pfizer, AstraZeneca, and Sinopharm. In the mRNA-۱۲۷۳ vaccine (Moderna) the most common hostile reactions after the first or second injections were injection-site pain, headache, and fatigue in the placebo group, the most common adverse responses after the first or second injections were injection-site pain, headache, and fatigue. in Sinovac All adverse reactions were mild or moderate in severity and injection site pain was the most frequently reported event. In BBV۱۵۲ (Baharat) The most common solicited adverse outcomes were injection site pain, headache, fatigue, fever, and nausea or vomiting. Most of the symptoms reported were nonlife-threatening.Conclusion: Studies have shown that corona vaccines are effective in controlling the spread and prevention of death in many people. At the same time, they have side effects that are often non-fatal but sometimes cause death in a really small number of people. It is hoped that with the development of corona vaccines, this Fatality rate touches zero.
