Abstract:
This study was performed to compare of biochemical markers changes of canola varieties in drought stress condition, Fourteen canola cultivars (Champlain, Hayola۴۰۱, Modena, Licord, NK Aviator, NK Octan, NK Karibik, Okapy, Opera, RGS, RNX ۳۶۲۱, SLM۰۴۶, Zarfam and Talayeh) were compared at ۲ drought levels (control and disruption of irrigation] for their catalase, guaiacol peroxidase, superoxide dismutase activity in a completely randomized design with ۳ replications. According to results, it was found that genotypes showed significant responses to treatments at ۱% statistically level. In relation drought stress it was found that drought stress led to ۱۸, ۱۴, ۹۰ and ۱۵% the increasing of SOD, POD, MDA and Catalase in compare to control, respectively. The highest means of SOD, POD, MDA and CAT were obtained by Opera cultivar under drought condition with ۰.۸۳, ۰.۶۱, ۱.۱۷ and ۰.۹۸ mM/min.gr of FW values, respectively.
