خلاصه مقاله:
This study was conducted to investigate the effect of potassium nitrate and benzyl aminopurine on some morphological characteristics of saffron plant. The experimental performed in Negar city conditions with a distance of ۷۰ km from the center of Kerman during the year ۲۰۱۹-۲۰۲۱. This experiment was performed in a randomized complete block design. The experimental treatments included ۴۰۰ mg/l potassium nitrate solution, ۷۰۰ mg/l potassium nitrate solution, ۱۰۰۰ mg/l potassium nitrate solution, ۲۵۰ ppm benzyl aminopurine, ۵۰۰ ppm benzyl amino purine and control. The studied factors include flower weight, stigma length, flag length, stigma weight. The results showed that the highest mean weight of ۱۰ flower stigmas was allocated to the treatment of ۱۰۰۰ mg/l potassium nitrate with a value of ۰.۳۵ g. In relation to treatments of ۲۵۰ and ۵۰۰ ppm, benzylamine purine increased the flower weight by ۱۲ and ۷%, respectively, compared to the control. Treatments of ۲۵۰ and ۵۰۰ ppm benzyl aminopurine increased the stigma weight by ۹ and ۳۸% compared to the control, respectively.
