design and simulation of a tunable notch biquadratic Gm/Cfilter using variable MOS gate capacitors

this paper a tunable notch biquadratic Gm/C filter isdesigned and simulated the biquadratic filter consists of CMOS operational transconductance amplifiers OTA and variable MOS gate capacitors the center frequency tuning is done using the bulk voltage of MOS gate capacitors of MOS transistors biased in the depletion mode the PSPICE and HSPICE simulation results are given and show an effective way of center frequency tuning method for cascaded filters
