خلاصه مقاله:
In the current investigation, a greenway to synthesis copper nanoparticles (CuNPs) by utilizingT.fedtschenkoi leaf extract via a simple and eco-friendly greenway is explained. The CuNPs werecharacterized by structural, morphological, optical, cytotoxicity, and anti-lung cancer studies. The highcrystalline character of CuNPs with a face-centered cubic phase is obvious from the XRD pattern. For studiesof morphological properties to investigate the shape and size of the synthesized nanoparticles HR-TEM andFE-SEM were used. FTIR analysis displays the presence of different functional groups at various positions.The outcomes of the present investigation showed that CuNPs have a considerable inhibitory result on thegrowth of NCI-H۶۶۱, NCI-H۱۹۷۵, NCI-H۱۵۷۳, NCI-H۱۵۶۳ lung cancer cell lines. In addition, thesenanostructures even to ۱۰۰۰μg/mL concentration don't show cytotoxicity against (HUVEC). It is hoped that infuture clinical studies, CuNPs will be used as a drug to efficiently therapy lung cancer.
