خلاصه مقاله:
Pseudo-three-component synthesis of N,N'-diaryl-۲-aryl-۶-hydroxy-۶-methyl-۴-oxocyclohexane-۱,۳-dicarboxamide derivatives (۳a-g) was performed by the reaction of acetoacetanilide and aromatic andaliphatic aldehydes with ۴-(dimethylamino)pyridine (DMAP) as a base catalyst. This reaction proceededgently in a reaction vessel at ۸۰ °C under solvent-free conditions. Among the index features introduced inthis research, we can mention the short reaction time, simple and easy separation and purification of productswithout the use of chromatographic columns in the synthesis of this group of highly substitutecyclohexanones.
