In this paper, the extract of the seed extract of Syzygium cumini was used for the preparation ofAg@AgCl NPs with a green approach. UV-Vis spectroscopy, TEM, and XRD were used to characterizesynthesized NPs. The catalytic activity of the as-prepared Ag@AgCl NPs was tested for the reduction ofMethylene blue at room temperature. Ag@AgCl NPs were found to be a highly active catalyst.
