Nano Newsomes, New tools for drug delivery: structure and manufacturing methods

In modern drug delivery methods, nanocarriers with different materials, characteristics and applications have been introduced and used, among which nanonosomes have been considered by many researchers and pharmaceutical companies. Newsomes are biodegradable, biocompatible, and non-toxic, and are able to trap large amounts of material in relatively smaller volumes than other vesicles.The use of newsomes improves the stability and pharmacokinetics of the drug and thus increases the therapeutic effects and reduces the side effects of the drug. In this article, we will review structure and manufacturing methods of newsomes.
