In order to identify Ramularia species and morphologically similar genera, collections from different localities in Hamedan, Kurdestan and Northern provinces of Iran were obtained and examined during spring-summer ۲۰۱۰–۱۱. All specimens belonging to the genus Ramularia and other morphologically similar genera deposited in the fungus reference collection of the Iranian Ministry of Agriculture were also re-examined.
