خلاصه مقاله:
۳D finite element simulation of pressure shear plate impact experiment and the condition of ۱D strain in high strain rate loadings has been investigated. OFHC copper placed between two harder plates and flyer as same as material of plates, impacted them. Two methods were selected for aiming shear flow stress in OFHC copper. ۱. with measuring transverse velocity in free end of target and relation between it with shear stress and shear strain. ۲. with choosing an element in center of sample and calculating shear stress and shear strain directly. The results were validated with experimental works and good agreement found between them.
