خلاصه مقاله:
This paper deals with calculation of natural frequencies and corresponding mode shapes of a turbo-compressor rotor. This rotor is simulated on the base of Jeffcott rotor. Then the whole problem is turned in to an optimization problem and Genetic Algorithm (GA) has been used in conjunction with the numerical method of Rayleigh. The Lagrange's equations are applied to derive the equations of motion. The shaft of rotor is considered as a Timoshenko beam and the disk is assumed to be rigid and damping and non-linear effects are neglected. The two first natural frequencies are calculated for both situations of Backward Whirl (BW) and Forward Whirl (FW).
