Abstract:

The network supply chain includes three stages of purchasing raw materials from factories and suppliers, performing operations on raw materials and product production, and distributing these products to customers. Experts believe that achieving organizational excellence is not possible without having an extra-organizational perspective and recognizing and managing upstream and downstream networks or the same as supply chain management. Supply chains are found in both industry as well as services, and the complexity of the chain can vary from enterprise to enterprise. To manage supply and demand and maintain market equilibrium to increase chain profits, there are many tools that financial management has an effective role in the supply chain in this regard. The subject of this study is the role, impact and model of financial management in the supply chain that a macro-system has also been studied as a case study. First, definitions of the subject and an introduction to it are written, then supply chains are discussed, and after that the need for financial management in the supply chain is discussed. The following are some important legal articles that the authors believe are essential to financial management in the supply chain. The articles of association and important issues related to the board of directors of each firm, the consolidated budget in the supply chain, the rules of procedure, the audit report, and the general meetings are also the basic and key topics for financial management in the supply chain that are considered. Finally, a system for monitoring issues in the field of financial management in the supply chain is developed, which is the main output of this research.
