Human resource is the biggest capital of an organization. Training and strengthening human resources in any organization has a special and undeniable position. Today، few organizations are able to develop or improve their performance without training their employees. Also، in-service training of employees plays a significant role in improving the efficiency of organizations. In-service training is one of the most important and best ways to provide and train the human resources needed by an organization and improve the performance of employees. In addition، these trainings can play an important role in increasing the efficiency of organizations. Improving and cultivating employees and strengthening their competence in their jobs is done through improving knowledge، skills، abilities and other characteristics. Today، the most important factor in the growth and development of an organization is its human resources. These human resources perform the assigned task well when they are efficient and effective. This efficiency and effectiveness will be achieved in the shade of knowledge، skill and proper attitude، which is possible through training. In a way، it can be said that the basic solution for having an experienced workforce is education. A training program can only justify its value if it provides reliable and valid evidence about the effect of the training on improving the performance of the participants. This refers to an important aspect of training and educational evaluation، which is usually referred to as training effectiveness or training effectiveness evaluation. The survival، durability and progress of any society depends on the efficiency and quality of human resources of that society، and every organization needs motivated and capable employees as one of the important pillars of that organization. One of the ways to achieve this goal is empowering employees، which will not be possible except with correct and appropriate training Therefore، the current research aimed to explain the correct ways of training and in-service training as well as the reasons for its use in organizations; Therefore، the current research is considered as part of basic research in terms of its objective and as a qualitative research method (review). The statistical population of the present study was the reliable sites (Erik، Meg Iran، Portal Jame Ulooman-Sani، etc.). Content analysis method was used to analyze the findings. Also، the method of matching the homogeneity of the findings was used for the reliability and validity of the findings. According to the findings of the research، the reasons that make in-service training necessary are: the rapid growth of technology and the increasing acceleration of human sciences in all fields، job changes or job transfers، improving job performance، etc.، and including the correct ways of providing in-service training. They are: diversity in educational programs، sufficient space for holding course classes، high quality of educational space، proper arrangement inside the classroom، etc. In current organizations in the field of educational evaluation Little research has been done with applied approach. One of the main reasons for this neglect has been that determining the exact way of their performance in returning to their place in the organization is a complex process، difficult and sometimes based on the judgment of those who، although they have put a lot of effort into preparing and implementing an apparently successful training course. ، but they paid less attention to the real and practical effects and results of the training course. In this article، an attempt was made to review the various organizational evaluation methods and the benefits and disadvantages of each method as well as the effect on performance.
