Childhood is one of the most influential periods in a person's life that has an undeniable impact on their adulthood. If proper education and activities are not provided from childhood, these activities will have less impact on their variability in the future. Given the development of technology and its appeal to children, technology should be used in the process of educating children. Using technology will help both the learner and the teacher achieve higher performance. This paper investigates the use of technology in the education process of children. The various technologies used are categorized and explained. The technologies used are also categorized and explained based on the help of the learner and the help of the teacher. The use of technology to help children with disabilities is explained. Due to the attractiveness of the play for children, the use of technology and play has had a significant impact on the education process. Considering the research done on the combination of play and technology in the child education process, it can be said that the analysis of the network derived from the child play process has not been addressed. Designing the play so that the child's communication network can be extracted in the process of play and identifying important network nodes can lead to higher educational performance.
