Abstract:

میکرواستخراج مایع- مایع پخشی (Dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction یا DLLME) نوعی تکنیک جدید آماده سازی نمونه است که شاخص های تغلیظ بالا را از حجم کم نمونه های آبی ارایه می کند. این روش به دلیل چندین مزیت از جمله سریع بودن، ارزان بودن، سهولت توسعه روش، فاکتور غنی سازی بالا و مصرف حجم کم حلال آلی، مقبولیت گسترده ای پیدا کرده است. پژوهش حاضر بر روی بهبودهای ایجاد شده در DLLME از زمان معرفی آن در سال ۲۰۰۶ تمرکز داشت. در مطالعه حاضر استفاده از DLLME با مشتق سازی هم زمان آنالیت ها و ترکیب DLLME با سایر تکنیک های آماده سازی نمونه و جایگزین نمودن حلال های کلردار سمی با هیدروکربن های با سمیت کم، الکل ها و مایعات یونی ارایه گردید. همچنین، تحقیق درصدد تشریح استفاده از DLLME برای پیش تغلیظ یون های فلزی و تغییرات بیشتری در این تکنیک جدید توسعه یافت. به طور خلاصه، کاربردهای مختلف DLLME برای چندین گروه از آنالیت ها از جمله آفت کش ها، داروها، فنل ها و سایر ترکیبات توصیف و در نهایت، برخی از محدودیت ها و چشم اندازهای آینده پیش بینی شد.
