Abstract:
It is recognized by international law and domestic law that the right to life is the beginning of a child's fundamental rights, and this right must be exercised in accordance with international law. Additionally, there are other requirements related to the physical, spiritual, and social development of the child, including the right to take the name, identity, and nationality of the child. This is a very important issue. As a result of violence, civil war, poverty, unfavorable economic conditions, and other factors, immigrant and refugee children are forced to migrate alone or with their family members. In this research, the goal is to realize the human rights of all children involved in international migration (whether accompanied by their parents or unaccompanied and abandoned), regardless of their immigration status or residence status. Therefore, by studying the library and using firsthand and secondhand sources of law and focusing on the Convention on the Rights of the Child (and other international documents) and the obligations of the member states in protecting the rights of children in the field of international migration, a descriptive-analytical analysis of the laws and domestic policies of the countries was conducted in order to ensure that the convention's obligations were met.
