خلاصه مقاله:
A comparative synthesis of SAPO-34 molecular sieve catalyst carried out via conventional and sonochemical assisted hydrothermal method. Thesynthesized samples catalytic performance studiedtoward methanol conversion to olefins. Tetra-ethyl ammonium hydroxide used as template and synthesized catalysts were characterized by XRD, FTIR, FESEM, and BET analysis. The sonochemically synthesized SAPO-34 showed highercrystallinity, prefect particle shape and narrow size distribution and also higher surface area in comparison with hydrothermally synthesized SAPO- 34. FTIR spectroscopy confirmed characteristic framework bending for both samples. Sonochemically synthesized SAPO-34 showedremarkably better catalytic performance for MTO process.
