Introduction and goal; Multiple sclerosis (MS) is one of the most important neurological debilitating diseases in adults. The average age of diagnosis is ۳۰ years, and most patients with recurrent neurological recurrences. In addition, the disease is irreversible, without definitive and progressive treatment, and requires supervision by a specialized and multidisciplinary treatment team.Four different types of MS are diagnosed, including recurrent MS (common type of MS, which accounts for ۸۰% of MS patients), progressive secondary MS, and progressive primary MS (rare). The most severe type of MS) and MS It's benign. materials and methods ;In this study, by reviewing more than ۵۰ relevant articles from reputable databases and searching for the keys ISC, SID, google scholar, Pubmed, scopus, such as to examine the use, Stem cells, multiple sclerosis, Oligodendrocyte, the words, disadvantages and advantages of MS We looked at different sources of stem cells to treat the disease. Articles in non-English language were excluded. findings; The most common manifestations of MS patients are: numbness, vision problems, weakness, other symptoms and difficulty walking. MS, like other autoimmune diseases, is more common in women. In fact, it is twice as common in women as in men. The incidence of this disease in Iran, despite the less reported statistics among Asians (۳-۵ people per ۱۰۰ thousand people), is about ۱۵ to ۳۰ people per ۱۰۰ thousand people. Conclusion ; The results showed that ۷۱% of patients with MS are women. The average age was ۳۶ years and the highest prevalence of MS was observed in the group of ۴۰-۴۰ years and also ۸۱% of patients with MS live in the city. Our country, Iran is one of the relatively common areas of MS.
