Blockchain applications have attracted the interest of investors across a wide range of industries such as banking, marketing, insurance, communications, entertainment, transportation, healthcare, education, and public services. In marketing, it facilitates disintermediation, enhances trust and transparency, avoids ad fraud, and reduces overall marketing cost. It also supports building a strong connection with customers, regaining customer trust and loyalty, and designing more effective marketing strategies based on direct communication with consumers.
