Content-Based Image Retrieval for TourismApplication

This paper proposes a scenario for using CBIR(Content-Based Image Retrieval) in tourism application. SeveralCBIR algorithms are studied and applied for the proposedapplication. An image database specialized for this application ismade to be used for the study purpose. The performance ofapplied methods were evaluated and compared based on knownmeasures. Among the studied method two CBIR algorithmsperforms better than others for this application
