Abstract:

Graphene/tungstate nanocomposite materials have been commonly applied in various industrial applications due to their novel features. In this study, structural and morphological properties of ZnWO۴-GO composite nanopowders successfully synthesized by the low-cost co-precipitation method at room temperature were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and TEM images. XRD patterns of the prepared sample confirmed the formation of the polycrystalline monophasic wolframite ZnWO۴. XRD parameters were characterized by the Rietveld analysis. TEM images showed that the mean size of particles was ~۹۰ nm.
