خلاصه مقاله:
The current research was conducted to investigate the mediating effect ofteamwork on the relationship between employee empowerment and theperformance of the Tax Affairs Organization of Tehran Province. The correlationtype has been used as a descriptive research method. The statistical populationof this research includes all employees of the tax affairs organization of Tehranprovince. A statistical sample of ۲۵۵ people was selected from this populationbased on the Cochran method and stratified random sampling. In this research,the research questionnaire has been extracted from Spritzer and Mishra's (۱۹۹۷)empowerment, Hersey and Goldsmith's (۲۰۰۳) organizational performance, andLencioni's (۲۰۰۲) teamwork questionnaires. The validity of the questionnaireswas obtained in terms of the content, and their reliability was determinedthrough Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Research results showed that employeeempowerment positively and significantly affects teamwork and organizationalperformance. Teamwork also has a positive and significant effect on theorganization’s performance. Finally, the results showed that teamwork mediatesthe relationship between employee empowerment and organizationalperformance
