خلاصه مقاله:
In this work, the performance of the surface plasmon resonance biosensor has been analyzed using angle interrogation for biosensing application. The proposed SPR biosensor is based on the Kretschmann configuration using BK۷ prism, silver metal, molybdenum disulfide, molybdenum trioxide, and MXene (Ti۳C۲Tx). The finite- difference time-domain method has been used for numerical simulation of the proposed SPR biosensor. The high sensitivity of ۱۹۶.۹۴ deg/RIU, the good quality factor of ۳۰.۳۴ RIU-۱, and FWHM of ۶.۴۹ deg were obtained for detecting glucose concentration with Δns = ۰.۰۰۹۸ RIU. The simulation results show the proposed SPR biosensor has significantly improved sensitivity compared to the results reported in the literature.
