خلاصه مقاله:
Dealing with risk is one of the challenges in the world, which is known as risk-basedthinking in the world. In the current research, according to the concept of risk-basedthinking, two groups of occupational health and safety risks and process-performancerisks are identified in three organizations active in the field of welding parts production.In order to identify the risks, the systematic method of potential failure analysis orFMEA was used. Also, the Pareto method was used to identify the priority of risks. Theresults showed a total of ۲۱ risks in all cases, of which ۱۱ are functional risks and ۱۰ arerelated to occupational health and safety. Also, a total of six high-priority risks wererecorded, which are prioritized for review and resolution.
