Firefighting is one of the hardest jobs that requires a lot of physical and aerobic power. Tasks such as rescuing those caught and extinguishing fires require activities such as running, climbing, reacting quickly, and so on. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the physical fitness status of firefighters in Mashhad with body mass index using data mining algorithms. This research, in order to extract knowledge, was performed on the physical fitness information of ۷۰۱ firefighters who participated in physical fitness tests with healthy conditions and the information of periodic medical tests. Using data mining techniques, we look for logical relationships between physical fitness information and personnel periodic tests. In order to form a decision tree in this research, we have used Rapid miner software. The results obtained from high-precision decision tree, random forest and SVM algorithms showed that people with an average age of ۳۰ to ۳۴ years (۷۲% of the records) have a high level of physical fitness, which of course can be due to activities. This age group sports in the operational shifts of fire stations.
