Crimes against the physical integrity of persons are among the most violent crimes committed, and due to the side effects it leaves on the public mind and the security of the society, it is one of the debates that requires continuous research and investigation in order to know the causes and factors of its occurrence using science. It is criminology. The upcoming research examines the most important individual, social, cultural and economic factors in the occurrence, reduction and increase of assault and murder as the most significant and obvious crimes.Crimes against physical integrity are crimes that cause bodily harm, which in the most severe case leads to the death of the victim and sometimes also causes irreparable injuries and damages such as amputation. In Iran, these crimes are unfortunately based on gender. They have different punishments, based on this issue and the importance of crimes against the physical integrity of people, it was investigated.
