In this article, a real-time pricing scheme for load response programs is proposed, taking
into account the uncertainty of renewable energy sources, which simultaneously increases
the profit of consumers and the network operator and improves the network load factor. It
is possible for consumers to participate in the plans provided by the network operator and
pay the price offered by the operator for their energy consumption. On the other hand, the
network operator tries to prevent the price from creating a new peak load in times of low
electricity prices and to improve the network load factor. The presented model is modeled
as a multi-objective and two-level optimization. The upper level deals with the
maximization of the user's profit and the improvement of the network load factor, and the
optimization of the consumers' profit is modeled at the lower level. The presented model
has been solved using GAMS and MATLAB software, and the presented results show the
effectiveness of the proposed model.
