خلاصه مقاله:
Flexbrick is innovative system means a paradigm shift for ceramic architecture; aconceptual revolution that has led to the appearance of ceramic fabrics and a newarchitectural language. It is a flexible steel mesh in which ceramic pieces are inserted andby combining patterns, shapes, colors and texture and provides endless designpossibilities. The light-permeable façade acts as a natural sunscreen and reduces solarradiation. Flexbrick can easily be recycled because it only consists of two dry wovenmaterials, the steel mesh and the ceramic elements, which are easy to separate in order torecycle. The purpose of this article, is the effect of using Flexbrick material in buildingfacades to improve the sustainability. The new system allows for the industrialization of afield of work that up until now relied on the traditional method of laying pieces one at atime. As it became an industrialized system, Flexbrick speeds up the construction processsignificantly. Furthermore, it is easy to personalized its design and structure, adjustingthem to the characteristics and requirements of each project.
