خلاصه مقاله:
This paper presents the optimum Phasor MeasurementUnit (PMU) placement for full Observability of the powersystem, considering contingency. Mixed Integer Programming(MIP) in GAMS is used for this optimization and comparingresults with other algorithms shows good effect of purposedprogramming. In this paper IEEE 14, 30-bus and Tehran 41-busregional electric power network are used as test systems.
