Histopathologic evaluation for thesecases showed the features : hyperkeratosis , acanthosis and severe dysplasia beyond the epithelialbasement membrane which is called :”invasive squamous cell carcinoma”.Conclusion: Early diagnosis and surgical excision are the most appropriate treatment modality ofsuch lesions.
