Geographic Information Systems (GIS) have become increasingly important in urban water and sewage network management. This article presents a review of the literature on the use of GIS in this field and discusses its benefits, challenges, and case studies of successful implementation. These case studies demonstrate the benefits of using GIS in urban water and sewage network management, including improved accuracy and completeness of infrastructure data, better decision-making, reduced costs, and improved customer service. The article concludes by emphasizing the importance of using GIS in urban water and sewage network management and provides recommendations for future research and development in this area.
