خلاصه مقاله:
Dragonhead (Dracocephalum moldavica L.) were treated by some treatments including nano-silicondioxide and nano-iron oxide. Some seed properties such as germination percent, root fresh weight,shoot fresh weight, root length, shoot length, dry weight of the seed residue, root dry weight andshoot dry weight were measured. The treatment by trait biplot statistical model was used to data toexamine its usefulness in visualizing relationships among traits as well as treatments and showed thatthe first two principal components, explained most of the observed variation. Some traits includinggermination percent, root fresh weight, shoot fresh weight, root length, shoot length and root dryweight were in the same sector, with Si۲-Fe۳ treatment as the best treatment combination. The besttreatment combination suitable for obtaining of high values of germination properties of dragonheadwas determined as S۲-F۳ based on ideal entry biplot tool. Results of this research showed that treatingwith nano-silicon and nano-iron particles may improve dragonhead’s germination properties as wellas seedling growth characteristics.
