خلاصه مقاله:
Laser Cladding is one of the processes that is consideredin manufacturing of different objects such as airplaneblades and shafts. Many studies have been presented tooptimize this process, but there is a research gap in thefield of temperature simulation effect. The reason for theimportance of temperature simulation is the directcorrelation of the temperature gradient with theproperties of manufactured object. The purpose of thisstudy is to simulate temperature field of laser claddingprocess with COMSOL۶.۰ software. After verification ofpresented temperature with previous study with ۰.۲ %error, parameter studies including temperature dependentparameters and heat loss are presented versestemperature, time and laser power were presented withmathematical models.
