خلاصه مقاله:
This article is a general study of the most recent stress control methods in insulations (HV) in the conditions where high pressure voltage is used, the use insulation system to prevent the intensification of tension and the connection and disconnection of the network power, there is a serious need for the precise design of the insulation system. When high pressure voltage is used, due to the stress that high voltage electric current creates for high pressure insulators, it causes a lack of proper performance and a reduction in the lifespan of the insulation. In addition to investigating the increase of electric field on insulation, other stresses such as environmental and climatic factors and thermal stresses should also be investigated. High pressure insulators are divided into three categories: solid, such as insulation, liquid, such as oil, and gas, such as (SF۶). If the insulating material is exposed to high electrical stress, the insulation failure will occur in the form of an electric arc or ionization. Among the most important solid insulating materials in the field of electricity, we can mention glass, ceramics, compressed cardboard, artificial polymers and porcelain. Polymer insulation, which is also called non-ceramic or composite insulation, has properties and advantages, such as less leakage and much greater resistance than porcelain and ceramic, in the face of damage and greater strength due to the stronger material. Polymeric materials are susceptible to destruction under electric field stress, which accelerates failure. Very high electrical tension causes noticeable noise and electromagnetic pollution and accelerates the aging of insulation insulation. Also, by increasing the level of pollution on the insulator and increasing the leakage current in the network, it leads to the breakdown of the surface of the insulator and causes a serious error in the electrical network. As a result, a multi-faceted approach to positively affect the performance and reliability of insulation during their lifetime, stress control methods including touch ring fitting, combined insulation assembly and the use of stress control technology using resistive and capacitive field grading are presented. Compared with other insulation materials, we have obtained better results of these materials, which we will examine in this article. One of the reasons for the failure of composite insulations is UV radiation, which can accelerate the aging of the polymer housing, which leads to brittleness and cracks in the insulation.
