Regardless of common human values and rights, special rights and values should govern women's relations in society that fit their unique natural, creative, moral, psychological, etc. characteristics and needs. This can protect them from harm and help to thrive human potentials regarless of gender. This study addresses the importance of understanding the essence of woman and its fundamental aspects as a prerequisite to women's mental health.This descriptive study was conducted using available resources on the topics like woman's rights, feminism, health, justice, etc., with the focus on Islamic teachings.Sexual equality does not lead to women's health and is a serious obstacle in the realization of women's rights and the health of society in general. The loss of or deviating from the true feminine identity, even in women's thoughts, considered to be the biggest barrier in realizing women's mental health. This neglect would inevitably prom women to exploitation, humiliation, social deprivations, raunchiness, feelings of dissatisfaction, etc. It is not possible to improve the identity of women in society without a correct and comprehensive understanding of women's true identity respecting all its natural, temparemental , psychological, etc. characteristics.Although science advances our knowledge every day, without the help of revelation teachings, it is very difficult and expensive to achieve the truth of women as it really is; therfore, plan for her mental health in various personal and social aspects.
