Abstract:

کنترل سقف درمعدنکاری به روش جبهه کارطولانی همواره یک زمینه تحقیقاتی مبهم و پیچیده درمعدنکاری زیرزمینی زغال سنگ درسراسر جهان بوده است یک تخمین صحیح از میزان بار وارده به سیسیتم نگهداری و بینش مناسب از نحوه بارگذاری و باربرداری ازوسایل نگهداری میتواندبه انتخاب صحیح و یا بررسی کفایت سیستم نگهداری منجر شود دراین پژوهش هدف مدلسازی نحوه تخریب سقف با توجه به اتفاقانی که درواقعیت رخ میدهد است که با استفاده ازمدلساز یعددی رفتارتوده سنگ به هنگام تخریب درکارگاه استخراج جبه کار طولانی و همچنین تاثیر آن بر پایداری قسمت نگهداری شده کارگاه و وسایل نگهداری بررسی گردیده است با ساخت و اجرای مدلهای مختلف تاثیر مدلسازی با درنظر گرفتن روند پیشروی مداوم بررسی می شود با تحلیل نتایج مدل عددی پس از به تعادل رسیدن مدل بعد ازتخریب و بررسی میدانهای تنش مشخص گردید که تنشهای برشی و کششی درقسمت نگهداری شده سقف کارگاه پس ازتخریب و آزادسازی تنش روند نزولی دارد و این امر موجب باربرداری ازوسایل نگهداری می گردد.
