خلاصه مقاله:
The current research was conducted with the aim of explaining the mediating role of the knowledge-sharing system with organizational factors and customer relationship management. The statistical population of the present study included Shiraz Organ Transplant Hospital with ۳۰۰ people. The sampling method in this research is stratified random sampling and the sample size was determined using Cochran's sampling formula of ۱۶۸ people. The data collection tool is a standard questionnaire, and to test the hypotheses, analysis using Lisrel software was used. The inferential findings of the research showed that all the variables were normal based on the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and the researcher can use parametric statistics to analyze the data, also the results of the path analysis showed that the organizational trust variable has a direct effect on ۰.۳۶ and with (t=۶۴.۷) has the highest correlation with customer relationship management.
