خلاصه مقاله:
Supercritical fluid technology has emerged as an important technique for various applications including production of controlled drug delivery systems, powder processing, crystallization processes and supercritical fluid extraction (SFE). The solubility of solid compounds in supercritical fluids plays an important rule for design of processes and major difficulty in utilizing this processes has been the difficulty in measurement and prediction of their solubilities in supercritical solvents at various pressures and temperatures for process optimization. In this investigation, the solubility of Salicylic acid, Flubiprofen and some statin drugs in Supercritical CO2 (SC-CO2) at different pressures and temperatures were correlated using the Peng-Robinson (PR), Soave-Redlich-Kwong (SRK) equations-of-state with van der Waals (vdW) mixing rule
