خلاصه مقاله:
In this work, hercynite magnetic nanoparticles (AlFe۲O۴ MNPs) were synthesized from commercial available materials such as FeCl۲ and Al(NO۳)۳.۹H۲O. The surface of AlFe۲O۴ MNPs was encapsulated using silica and further it was modified by ۳-aminooropropyltrimtoxysilane (APTMS). Then, the modified AlFe۲O۴ MNPs was functionalized by tris(hydroxymethyl)amino methane (THAM). Finally, a new copper complex of THAM was stabilized on the surface of functionalized AlFe۲O۴ MNPs (Cu-THAM@SiO۲@AlFe۲O۴) as a novel, magnetically recoverable, practical and selective nanocatalyst. Cu-THAM@SiO۲@AlFe۲O۴ nanocatalyst was characterized by atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS), wavelength dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (WDX), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), scanning electron microscope (SEM), and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) techniques. Cu-THAM@SiO۲@AlFe۲O۴ nanocatalyst was indicated a high efficiency, good selectivity and excellent reusability in the synthesis of tetrazole derivatives through [۳ + ۲] cycloaddition of sodium azide (NaN۳) with organic nitrile derivatives.
