Today, urban management in the world has undergone fundamental changes. Cities are managed and planned to ensure the well-being and comfort of their residents. In general, urban management is suggested as a model for the management and development of urban settlements, including small and large cities and metropolises. Meanwhile, paying attention to small and medium cities in developed countries is a special priority. Because the strengthening of these cities in many fields has led to the improvement of the quality of life of urban communities, and the environmental services available in them can be used to improve social, psychological, health and humanitarian issues and other areas related to urban communities.
